摘 要:目的 :探讨单激发厚层投射技术在MR水成像中的应用价值。方法 :在低场磁共振采用T2 WI单激发TSE序列 ,厚层投射直接成像技术做MRU检查 40例 ,MRCP检查 2 0例。结果 :40例MRU检查中 15例未见异常 ,其余病例及 2 0例MRCP检查均较满意地显示了梗阻部位和尿路或胆管扩张的形态。结论 :本方法成像时间短 ,图像质量高 ,可为临床诊断和治疗提供有益的帮助。Objective:To investigate the value of thick slab single shot projection in MR hydrography.Methods:Heavily T 2 weighted imaging with thick slab single shot turbo spin echo sequence was used in MR hydrography at low field MR scanner.By which 40 cases were performed MR urography (MRU) and 20 cases MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP).Results:In 40 cases of MRU,15 cases were normal,and the remaining revealed clearly the obstructed site and dilatation of urinary tract;while all the 20 cases of MRCP showed well the obstructed site and dilatation of biliary ducts.Conclusion:This method provides simple and rapid imaging with high quality,and can provide important and very helpful information for clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
