摘　　要：目的　用Vero、HeLa、CHO及KMB17细胞测定EHECO157∶H7首例浙江株 97- 1- 6 8菌株的细胞毒性 ,同时与其他菌株作比较。方法　采用微量组织培养板的单层细胞培养测定菌体超声裂解液及细菌培养上清液的细胞毒性作用效价。结果　 97- 1- 6 8菌株对全部 4株细胞均无细胞毒性作用 ,而阳性对照株对Vero、HeLa细胞具有较强的细胞毒性作用。结论　在EHECO157∶H7感染中可能存在流行株和非流行株的“两类菌株”Objective To determine the cytotoxicity of EHEC O\-\{157\}∶H\-7 97-1-68 strain (Zhejiang strain) with Vero,HeLa,CHO,and KMB\-\{17\} cell-lines and compare it with other strains. Methods Bacterial supersonic lysates and culture supernatants were tested for cytotoxic activity with monolayer cells in microtitre tissue culture trays.Results The cytotoxicities of 97-1-68 strain were negative all against the four cell-lines while the positive reference strains had high titers of cytotoxicity against Vero and HeLa cell-lines.Conclusion A viewpoint on 'Two Sorts of Strains' in EHEC O\-\{157\}∶H\-7 infections was put forward.
