摘  要:目的 探讨学龄儿童行为问题与感觉统合的关系。方法 选取太原市 3所小学 419名 6~ 11岁儿童为研究对象 ,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表 (CBCL) ,感觉统合检核表及环境因素问卷。结果 行为问题组儿童感觉统合各项得分明显高于正常组儿童 ,男女儿童共有的 6个行为因子与感觉统合各项得分呈显著正相关关系 ,多元回归分析结果显示感觉统合中触觉过分防御、前庭失衡、学习能力不足是影响儿童行为总分的显著因素。结论 儿童行为问题与感觉统合之间关系密切 ,感觉统合能力发展愈差 ,愈易发生行为问题。预防与早期干预儿童感觉统合能力发展不足 。Objective To research the relationship between behavior problems and sensory integration of children.Methods Four hundred and nineteen children aged 6-11 from three primary schools in Taiyuan were studied using children behavior checklist (CBCL),sensory integrative schedule and environmental factors inquiry.Results The score of sensory integration of children with behavior problems was significantly higher than the normal children.There were six factors positively correlated with the scores of behavior sensory integration.The result of multiple regression indicated that touch excessive defense,vestibule imbalance and lacking of learning ability were remarkable factors to infect the total score of CBCL.Conclusion Children's behavior problems and sensory integration were very close to each other.Children with bad ability of sensory integration were liable to have behavior problems.To prevent and interfere the underdevelopment of sensory integration could decease children's behavior problems.
