摘 要:目的 :观察类胡萝卜素对巨噬细胞释放一氧化氮 (NO)的影响 ,探讨类胡萝卜素免疫调节作用的机制。方法 :选用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞为对象 ,观察不同浓度的虾青素和β-胡萝卜素对细胞产生 NO的影响。结果 :用 1 mg/L的内毒素脂多糖刺激巨噬细胞时 ,2× 1 0 - 7mol/L和 2× 1 0 - 8mol/L的虾青素使巨噬细胞释放 NO分别下降 77%和 43% ;而浓度相同 β-胡萝卜素仅使巨噬细胞释放NO分别下降 2 8%和 8%。两者对正常状态的巨噬细胞没有明显影响。结论 :类胡萝卜素能抑制受L PS刺激的巨噬细胞释放 NO,其免疫调节功能可能与影响Objective:To investigate the relationship between carotenoids and NO released by macrophages and to study the mechanism of the immunomodulating activities of carotenoids .Methods:NO levels in mouse peritoneal macrophages treated by astaxanthin and β carotene at different concentrations were measured. Results:When 1 mg/L LPS was used as stimulant, the NO reduced rate of astaxanthin at 2×10 -7 mol/L and 2×10 -8 mol/L was 77% and 43% respectively, while that of β carotene at the same concentration was 28%and 8%. Both astaxanthin and β carotene had no effect on NO release in macrophages without LPS stimulation.Conclusion:The immunomolating function of carotencoids may be associated with its effect on NO release by macrophage in vivo .
