茶色素预处理对家兔实验性心肌梗塞范围及心肌细胞损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨茶色素预处理对家兔实验性心肌梗塞范围及心肌细胞损伤的影响。方法 :结扎健康家兔冠状动脉左旋支造成急性心肌梗塞模型。测定结扎前后心功能、全血粘度与血球压积 ;结扎 6 h后的心肌缺血及梗塞范围 ,TUNEL法染色检测心肌细胞损伤。结果 :1茶色素预处理可缩小梗塞范围 [(1 8.45± 1 .1 4) %比 (36 .2 4± 1 .94) % ,P<0 .0 5) ],改变左室功能及血粘度。 2茶色素预处理可减少梗塞周围 TUNEL阳性心肌细胞指数 [(2 8.31± 1 .0 3) %比 (42 .44± 2 .32 ) % ,P<0 .0 5) ]。结论 :茶色素预处理可减少梗塞范围及心肌细胞损伤程度 。Objective:To investigate the effects of pretreatment of tea pigment on the infarction size and myocardial cell injury in rabbits with acute cardiac ischemia. Methods:The left circumflex branch of rabbits coronary artery(LCX) was ligated to develop acute ischemic mode.The systolic and diastolic function of left ventricle (LV) was measured before and after ligating LCX, blood viscosity and hematocrit before and after ligating LCX were also measured.At 6 hour after LCX ligation, the hearts were harvested for determing the infarction size and evaluating TUNEL positive myocardial cell index.Results:①Tea pigment pretreatment significantly reduced the infarct size[(18.45±1.14)% vs (36.24±1.94)%, P <0.05],improve the LV function and viscosity of blood . ②TUNEL positive myocardial cell was found in the myocardium surrounding to the infarction area,however,the index of TP group was significantly lower than that of AI group [(28. 31±1.03)% vs (42.44±2.32)%, P <0.05] .Conclusion:Tea pigment pretreatment can reduce infarction size and TUNEL positive index ,and improve the LV function as well as blood viscosity in the acute ischemic mode.
