1490例高血压病人服药依从性的调查分析

摘　　要：对 14 90例高血压病人职业、文化程度、性别、高血压知识及其服药依从性进行调查。结果病人的服药依从性主要与病人掌握的高血压知识、经济状况及所服药物副反应等有关 ,掌握高血压知识越多 ,经济条件越好 ,药物副反应越少 ,则服药依从性越好。说明临床治疗高血压病过程中 ,医护人员要加强对病人的健康教育 ,根据病人的经济条件及个体差异合理选择用药 。cases of hypertension were investigated on their occupation, education level, sex, knowledge about the hypertension, and complying of taking medicines. Results: the complying of taking medicines in hypertension mainly related to the knowledge about hypertension, financial condition, and the side effects of the medicine etc. The more knowledge patient grasped, the better financial condition patient had, the less side effects of the medicines had, the better complying of patient would have. Suggested that in treatments of hypertension, both medical and nursing staff should strengthen health education of the patients and administrate medicines reasonably according to the financial conditions of patients and individual difference. So that to enhance the complying of taking medicines of patients.
