摘  要:研究了稀土对盐浴渗钒工艺及渗层某些(?)能的影响。结果表明,渗钒剂中添加稀土元素具有明显的催渗作用,渗钒速度约提高28%;稀土渗钒渗层的耐磨性、耐蚀性和抗氧化性均有所提高。稀土通过增大渗剂钒势、活化钢的表面、降低碳原子扩散激活能来提高渗钒速度。The effect of rare earth elements on salt bath vanadizing prosess and some properties of the vanadizing layer were studied. The results showed that the rare of vanadizing is increased by 28% due to the addition of rare earth elements. Comparing with or without rare earth addition, the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are increased. Rare earth elements increase the vanadizing rate by raising the vanadizing potential of the medium of vanadizing, activating the surface of steel and decreasing the diffusion activation energy of the carbon atoms.
