摘  要:目的 探讨失血性休克再灌注后早期血清磷脂酶A2 (PLA2 )和一氧化氮 (NO)变化的意义以及牛磺酸对其影响。方法  2 4只家兔随机分为三组 (n =8) :对照组 (Ⅰ )、单纯休克组 (Ⅱ )、牛磺酸治疗组 (Ⅲ )。采用失血性休克再灌注模型 ,测定灌注后 0 5、2和 4小时血清PLA2 及NO和丙二醛 (MDA)值。结果 Ⅱ组血压、NO相对Ⅰ组降低明显 ,而PLA2 、MDA显著升高 ,Ⅲ组无明显变化。结论 再灌注后早期PLA2 激活和内源性NO分泌减少 ,对休克再灌注损伤和最终多脏器功能失常综合征 (MODS)衰竭发展起重要作用。Objective To explore the changes of serum phospholipase A 2(PLA 2)and nitric oxide (NO) in the early stage of reperfusion after hemorrhagic shock/reperfusion and the effect of taurine on it.Method Twenty four white rabbits were divided randomly into three groups:control group(Ⅰ),shock group(Ⅱ) and taurine group(Ⅲ).Using the model of hemorrhagic shock/reperfusin the PLA 2,NO and malondialdehyde(MDA)were detected at 0 5,2and 4h after reperfusion.Result In comparison with group I,NO and BP of group Ⅱ were significantly lower and MDA and PLA 2 were higher.Conclusion The activation of PLA 2 and endothelial cell dysfunction play an important role in the early injury induced by hemorrhagic shock/reperfusin and multiple organ dysfunction,on which taurine has a marked protective effect.
