摘  要:通过对再生钻杆摩擦焊接头断口形貌的电子金相分析,指出了正常断口和异常断口的客观特征。并采用统计平均法测定了两种断口形貌断裂表面上夹杂物的有效体积分数,从断裂应变的角度深入分析了异常断口断裂面上大量外来夹杂物对接头塑性和韧性的影响。The paper indication the macro and micro-characteristics of normal and abnormal fracture of friction welding joints for regenerated drilling pipes. Further more by using statistical average method, the effective Volume fraction of inclusions on the two type fracture surface has been measured, According to the reiatiouship between fracture strain and effective volume fraction of inclusions, the effect of inclusion in friction welds of repaired drilling pipes on the daetility and impact toughness has been invastigation.
