摘 要:针对大庆油田浅表层油水井套管腐蚀外漏井逐年增多和套管早期损坏 ,提出了用自生电流免维护的防腐措施 .通过室内模拟试验 ,分别考察了全并联阳极浅埋方式、阳极排埋入深度、阴—阳极间距不同、深井阳极连接方式、深井阳极中阳极间距不同对套管试样纵向电位分布的影响 .在水电阻率和阴—阳极面积比近似相同的情况下 ,深埋阳极对套管试样的有效保护深度明显大于浅埋阳极 ;在最佳阳极埋深和阴—阳极间距条件下 ,深埋阳极套管试样的阳极工作电位和工作电流都明显高于浅埋阳极 ;阳极以串。An anticorrosive measure of self\|generation electric current and remit service was proposed in view of the increase of corroded oil and water wells and their casing of early stage damage. The effect of shallow buried form of parallel anode, buried depth of anode beds, different intervals between cathode and anode, connection form among deep well anodes and different intervals among anodes on the axial potential distribution have been investigated by an indoor simulated test. The valid protect depth for casing specimen of the deep buried anodes is obviously more than that of the shallow buried anodes under the condition similar to the same of water resistivity and area ratio between cathode and anode. The work potential and work electric current of casing specimens in the deep buried anodes are obviously more than those of the shallow buried anodes under optimum buried depth of anodes and suitable intervals between cathode and anode. A combinatorial form of series\|parallel connection among anodes possesses more output current and better potential distribution.
