摘  要:对钢丝绳连续抽油杆采油系统的行为预测技术进行了研究 ,指出在钢丝绳进行过预拉及锻打工艺处理后 ,该系统的行为预测可按有杆抽油系统的预测方法进行 .给出了该采油系统的行为预测模型 .通过实例分析 ,指出下部加重杆的配置原则是 :在确保下行程正常的前提下 ,尽可能采用大直径加重杆 ,以减少钢杆数量 ,提高作业效率 ;而且在这种情况下泵的超行程易于形成 ,在产量、节能及减小系统载荷等方面均处于较优工作状况 ;避免使用小杆径加重杆 。After the wire rope is pretensioned, the behavior prediction of the wire rope coiled rod pumping system can be carried out by means of the method of the behavior prediction of steel sucker rod pumping system. The behavior prediction model of the pumping system and an applied example are given. The predicted results of the example show that the pumping rod string should be composed of the wire rope of small diameter and the heavy weight steel sucker rods of big diameter. This kind of combination can reduce the number of the steel sucker rods, and increase operation efficiency. Under the circumstances, the over stroke of pump is easily formed, and the yield of oil well, the energy consumption and load of the pumping system are all in optimum states. If the combination of the pumping rod string is reasonable, oil well yield can be increased by over 5%, polish rod power can be reduced to about 90%, and the maximum decline of the maximum load of polish rod can reach to 8.8%.
