摘 要:通过在室内对超细水泥浆针入度、稠化时间、抗压强度、渗透率的测定 ,筛选出了封堵高含水油层所用的超细水泥的配方 .实验表明 :低水灰比的水泥浆凝结后抗压强度大 .但是 ,低水灰比水泥浆稠度大 ,初凝时间短 ,可泵性差 ,不能满足现场施工的需要 .在 m(水 ) / m(灰 )为 0 .75 ,缓凝剂的质量分数为 1 .5 %~ 1 .8% ,水泥浆的初凝时间、抗压强度及渗透率等性能满足现场要求 .A formulation of the superfine slurry for plugging the oil reservoirs with high water cut was selected by measuring the needle penetration, thickening time, compression strength and permeability of the superfine slurries in laboratory. The experimental results show that, although the slurries with the low ratio of w(水) to w(灰) have high compression strength after solidifying, they have great consistency and short initial setting time; therefore, they do not suit the use in field. When w(水)/ w(灰) is 0.75 and the mass fraction of retardant is 1.5%~1.8%,the initial setting time, compression strength and permeability are suitable. The application result of the selected slurry in Henan Oil Field is satisfied.
