摘  要:将小波变换理论用于泥浆泵吸入状态的监测。研究结果表明 ,用振动信号绝对值小波分解后的逼近信号可较准确地判断吸入阀的关闭时刻 ,进而准确地判断泵的吸入状态。该方法可排除随机干扰的影响 ,具有信号特征简单、监测准确性较高及便于在现场推广应用等优点 ,在不测量缸压的情况下 。The theory of wavelet transform is applied to monitor the sucking condition of mud pump. Experimental results show that it is very simple and accurate to determine the close time of sucking valve with the help of the approximation signal resulted from wavelet decomposition of the absolute vibration signals. The method using the simple signals has some advantages. For example, the random signal disturbances can be eliminated, and the sucking condition of mud pump can be monitored accurately without monitoring the pressure of some cylinders.This method is convenient to use on site supervision.
