摘  要:用二釜串联连续本体工艺制备苯乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐无规共聚物,分别研究并获得了首釜和第二釜的启动操作策略和稳态工艺条件。A continuous mass copolymerization process was developed for synthesis of random styrene - maleic anhydride (SMA) copolymer in two 10 L reactors in series. The steady state copolymerization conditions were systematically determined. Random SMA copolymers with different contents of maleic anhydride (normally < 16% ) could be obtained by appropriately adjusting the copolymerization conditions and the ratio of styrene to maleic anhydride. The SMA copolymers could be used for preparing polymer blends and alloys.
