摘　　要：针对目前长输管道工程测量采用GPS定位技术建立首级控制网无具体技术规定可以遵循的实际问题,对首级控制网的精度等级、网形设计和GPS拟合高程等问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的设想和改进措施。In the light of the problem in adopting GPS location technology to establish the first control net without any technology standard to follow in the pipeline route reconnaissance and finalization ,the author presents corresponding concept and measures in the accuracy grade of first control net ,net shape design and fit elevation for long distance pipeline.
