摘　　要：模拟高压脱丙烷塔的操作条件 ,进行了C3 催化蒸馏选择加氢的中试研究 ,所开发的板式装填结构可在实现C3、C4分离的同时将塔顶丙炔、丙二烯的含量控制在 15 μg g以下 ,且丙烯收率达到 10 2 % ;10 0 0h以上的磨损试验表明 。Studies on selective hydrogenation of C 3 stream have been carried out in a pilot catalytic distillation column by simulating the operating conditions of a high-pressure depropaner. With a newly- developed plate packing structure in the column, C 3 can be separated from C 4, moreover, the content of MAPD overhead can be controlled below 15μg/g while the yield of propylene can be up to 102%. 1 000 hours of wearing test has proved that the structure is suitable for process of selective hydrogenation by catalytic distillation.
