摘  要:在生产己内酰胺的后精制中 ,通过加氢使不饱和杂质饱和 ,使其物理性质与己内酰胺拉开 ,通过萃取和蒸馏将这些杂质除去。非晶态合金催化剂 (SRNA -4 )用于己内酰胺加氢精制工业生产过程加氢效果好 ,减少催化剂消耗 ,降低己内酰胺的生产成本 ,提高己内酰胺质量 。The purification of caprolactam is a key process for producing caprolactam.During the purification of caprolactam,the unsaturated impurities are saturated by hydrogenation,while their physical mechanical properties become distinguishable from that of caprolactam,so that these compounds are more easily removed in the subsequent extraction and distillation steps.The SRNA series catalysts were first commericially tested in the purification of caprolactam in Yingshan Petrochemical Plant.The commercial results show the SRNA 4 catalyst have a distinctly higher activity in saturation hydrogenation in purification of caprolactam.Moreover,the use of amorphous alloy hydrogenation catalyst,permits lower catalyst consumption,less production cost and higher qualities of CPL and thus facilitating product market expansion.
