摘　　要：探讨了TCS法生产 5 6dtex 48f涤纶细旦FDY工艺技术。当切片中w(H2 O)≤ 2 5× 10 - 6,纺丝温度为 2 98℃ ,组件压力为 2 0MPa、丝束中油的质量分数为 0 8% ,风温为 ( 2 3± 1)℃ ,风速为 0 3m s,热管温度 176℃、纺丝速度为 45 0 0m min时 ,可获得优质涤纶细旦FDY。The production technology of 56 dtex/48 f fineness polyester fibre produced with TCS method is discussed. The fine quality fineness polyester FDY can be produced while the mass fraction of water in chips is no greater than \{25×\}10\+\{-6\} , the the temperature of spinning is 298 ℃, the pressure of spinpack is 20 MPa, the mass fracton of oiling agent in tow is 0.8 %,the temperature of cross air blow is (23±1) ℃, the velocity of cross air blow is 0.3 m/s, the temperature of the thermo channel is 176 ℃, the spinning speed is 4 500 m/min.
