摘　　要：本文阐述了山西省科技成果转化的基本情况 ,分析和研究了科技成果转化中存在的问题及产生原因 。This paper expounds basic conditions of the transformation of sci-tech achievements of Shanxi province, analyses and studies on the problems existing in the transformation of sci-tech achievements and on the reasons why they occurred, and probes into and puts forward the countermeasures for promoting the transformation of sci-tech achievements of whole province.
