摘 要:4 真空除氧技术的试验研究4.1 试验装置及其系统本系统是按工业试验系统设计的,试验装置的设计参数和主要尺寸如下: (1) 额定出力,t/h 6.0 (2) 真空度(表压),MPa>0.090 (3) 进水温度,℃35~50 (4) 进水压力(表压),MPa 0.2 (5) 出水溶氧量,mg/l ≤0.05 (6) 除氧塔直径,mm φ500 (7) 除氧水箱直径,mm φ800 试验系统如图4所示。其工作流程如下:软化水箱6中的软化水经水泵加压后,An overall review of vacuum deaeration method is presented in this paper with its current status being objectively assessed.Some major problems affecting its widespread applications in China have been mentioned. Based on this, the authors have come up with a new idea about the minimal effective temperature of deaeration. All operating parameters, which influence the deaeration effect have been analyzed and verified by a series of tests. Finally, a convenient method for monitoring dissolved oxygen in outlet water was presented which can replace the rather time-consuming and complicated chemical analysis.
