摘  要:目的 :利用HRCT测量骨性耳蜗的密度变化 ,建立正常的参数范围 ,分析这些参数随年龄、性别等的变化特点 ,并讨论其临床指导意义。材料和方法 :收集非内耳疾病的患者52例 ,其中男32例 ,女20例 ,年龄7~75岁 ,平均40.5岁 ,将患者按年龄、性别、左右分组。全部患者先行颞骨原始扫描 ,之后以0.2mm间隔 ,9.6cm视野 ,以内耳为中心 ,行单侧局部高分辨率骨重建 ,获得重建图像 ,其中右耳49只 ,左耳47只。测量耳蜗各转密度。结果 :耳蜗密度不同部位有所不同 ,中间转、底转、顶转密度依次降低 ,均值分别为1989.6410±65.3648Hu ,1943.2424±73.5318Hu和1907.2813±92.4501Hu ,且各年龄、性别组间耳蜗各转密度均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论To measure the density of bone cochlear by HRCT,thus a series of normal parameters was established.Then analysis the variation of these data between different groups and explore their clinical usefulness.Materials and Method:52 patients with normal inner ears were performed by spiral CT(GE medical systems) and the mean age was 40.5 years(ranging from 7~75 years).The patients were studied in different groups according to their age,sex and ear side.Results:The different density was seen in different part of bone cochlear,with the highest(meaning 1989.6410±65.3648 Hu) around the middle turn and lowest(meaning 1907.2813±92.4501Hu) around the basal turn.Conclusion:These data were greatly helpful in clinical diagnose.
