厌食儿童胃运动功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :了解厌食儿童与正常儿童在饮水后胃运动功能的变化。方法 :两组儿童按年龄组分别饮温开水15 0～ 35 0ml后 ,每隔 15min观察 1次 ,测记胃腔容积 ,胃壁蠕动及排空情况。结果 :厌食与胃蠕动、排空延缓呈正相关 ,两组儿童无论在胃壁蠕动、胃排空时间均差异显著。结论 :胃运动降低 ,不仅表现食欲不佳 。Objective:To examine the change of gastric kinetic function after drinking water in both the anorexic and the normal children.Methods:Each one of both groups drank 150～350ml of warm boiled water according to their ages,then gastric volume,mural peristalsis and empty rate were examined and recorded at intervals of 15min.Results:Two groups were significantly different in gastric peristalsis and empty velocity.Conclusions:Gastric hypokinesia is a probable mechanism for anorexia.
