保留声带黏膜的喉微创手术

摘　　要：目的：研究全麻下喉微创手术治疗声带良性病变的疗效及优点。方法：使用支撑喉镜、显微镜及喉显微手术器械切除病变尽量保护声带黏膜，以使术后发声复原。结果：３６例中３０例术后１周声嘶基本消失，随诊６个月至１年未出现复发。结论：气管插管全麻下行保留声带黏膜的喉微创手术，能够更好地保护未发生病变或仅有轻度病变的声、室带黏膜。术后能较早地恢复正常的声、室带生理功能，减少复发，并发症少。Objective:To study the effect and virtue of minimally invasive operation of larynx with mucosa reserved.Methods:Try to reserve the mucosa of vocal fold while resecting the benign vocal fold lesion by using the microscope and the microsurgery device of larynx.Results:In 36 cases,30 cases had acquired good voice when they were discharged one week after operation.None of the 36 cases recurred after half or one year.Conclusion:The minimally invasive operation of larynx with mucosa reserved under general anesthesia can protect the mucosa more and better and make the function of the vocal fold recover earlier and much better than other operative methods.And complication is little.
