抚触对正常婴儿智能发育影响的研究

摘　　要：【目的】　观察抚触对正常婴儿智能发育和体格发育的影响。　【方法】　观察 5 7例自然分娩足月正常新生儿 ,分为实验组与对照组。从出生后 2 4小时开始对实验组新生儿进行抚触 ,每天一次 ,每次 15～ 2 0分钟 ,共 6 0天 ,对照组常规母乳喂养。 6 0天时应用“0～ 3岁小儿精神发育检查表”专人进行测评 ,得出智能五大能区及在此基础上智商的得分 ;对两组婴儿 2月龄时体重、身长、头围进行了测定 ,并进行统计学处理。　【结果】　实验组婴儿在智能五大能区 (大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言、情绪和社会行为 )方面得分均有提高 ,智商亦有提高 ,与对照组相比 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。实验组婴儿体重高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,实验组和对照组身长、头围相比 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。　【结论】　抚触可提高正常婴儿的智商及婴儿智能等方面的发育 ,对婴儿体重增长有促进作用。To investigate the effect of infant massageon the development of normal infant intelligence and body weight. Fifty seven cases of normal infants were randomly divided into two groups, 27 cases in control group and 30 cases in studygroup respectively .The massage were given for infants in study group once a day from 24 hours after birth. The table of“the infant development of intelligence between zero to three years old” was used for infant evaluation at 60 days after birth. The data including five respects of intelligence and intelligence quotient (IQ) were recorded and calculated from the table, and compared between twogroups. The body weight of the infants were obtained in their 2 months after birth. The scores in five respects of intelligencewere significantly higher in the infants of study group than control group ( P <0.05 and P <0.01),and IQs of infants were statistically different between two groups ( P <0.01).The body weight of the infants in massage group washigher than those in control group. [Conclusion] The infant massage can improve the development of intelligence and body weight for normal infants.
