补肾冲剂治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察补肾冲剂治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :10 8例慢性丙型肝炎患者分为治疗组 (5 8例 )和对照组 (5 0例 ) ,分别采用补肾冲剂和干扰素治疗 ,疗程 6个月。观察患者临床症状、体征、肝功能、病毒学等项目。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 74 % ,临床疗效与对照组差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;肝功能 3项指标治疗后与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗后HCV RNA阴转率为 2 6 % ,随访 3～ 6个月阴转率为2 6 %。结论 :补肾冲剂对慢性丙型肝炎有较好的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kidney Tonifying Granules in treating chronic hepatitis C.Methods:108 cases of chronic hepatitis C were divided into the Chinese herbs treatment group(58 cases),control group of western medicine(50 cases) and treated respectively with Kidney-Tonifying Granules and Interferon, to observe the items of clinical symptoms, signs, hepatic function, indicator of hepatitis C.Results:The results showed the total effective rate was 74% in the treatment group after the course of the treatment was finished, and clinical effect was no significant difference with control group(P> 0.05 ).After treatment,three indexes of hepatic function were improved there was significant difference(P< 0.05 )in comparison of before the treatment. When half year treatment were finished in treatment group, the negative transferring rate of HCV RNA was 26%, In follow up for 3 6 months, the negative transferring rate of HCV RNA was 26% too. Conclusion:The finding indicate that Kidney Tonifying Granules can offer a better therapeutic effect to chronic hepatitis C.
