健胃愈疡颗粒对胃溃疡大鼠胃组织MK、和表皮生长因子受体表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨健胃愈疡颗粒的疗效及抗复发机制。方法 :以Okabe改良法复制大鼠实验性胃溃疡 ,采用免疫组织化学和原位杂交技术 ,观察该药对胃溃疡组织Midkine(MK)和表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)表达的影响。结果 :模型组MK和EGFR的表达较正常组增高 ,而健胃愈疡治疗组MK和EGFR的表达增高较模型组更为明显。结论 :健胃愈疡颗粒可增加MK和EGFR的上增性表达 。Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Jianweiyuyang Granules for treatment of peptic ulcer and preventing from ulcer recurrence.Methods:The gastric ulcer(GU) was induced in rats by Okabes method with some modification and the expression of MK and EGFR was examined by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization method in GU tissue.Results:The expression of MK and EGFR in GU model group was stronger than that in normal group,while that in Jianweiyuyang group was stronger than that in GU model group.Conclusion:It is indicated that Jianweiyuyang Granules can enhance the increasing expression of MK and EGFR. This is possibly material base for acceleration ulcer healing and improving the quality of ulcer healing resulting in preventing from ulcer recurrence.
