胃康胶囊对醋酸烧灼型胃溃疡大鼠血液细胞因子含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察胃康胶囊对醋酸烧灼型胃溃疡大鼠血液中相关细胞因子 [前列腺素Ⅰ2 (PGI2 )、血小板活化因子 (PAF)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)、表皮生长因子 (EGF)含量的影响 ,探讨其在溃疡愈合过程中的分子机制。方法 :Wistar大鼠 30只 ,用冰醋酸复制成慢性胃溃疡模型 ,灌胃给药 2周后处死大鼠进行血液检测。结果 :胃康胶囊能降低胃溃疡大鼠血液中细胞因子PAF、TNF α的含量 ,升高PGI2 、EGF的含量。对抗胃酸分泌增加。结论 :胃康胶囊能有效地促进胃溃疡病变的愈合 。Objective:To observe the effect of Weikang capsule on the content of relevent Cytokine (PGI 2,PAF,TNF α and EGF)in the blood of acetic acid cautery type gastric ulcer rats and make further research on its molecular mechanism in the course of healing ulcer.Methods:The gastric ulcer models were duplicated with 30 Wistar rats by using icy acetic acid,and administered medicine by stomach perfusion for two weeks and then killed them for blood determination.Results:Weikang Capsule could reduce the content of PAF and TNF α and increae the content of PGI 2 and EGF in the blood of gastric ulcer rat.Conclusion:Weikang capsule could accelerate the healing of gastric ulcer effectively and treat gastric ulcer with good effects.
