摘  要:目的合成一种新型亲水性聚氨酯 (PU)并制成敷料 ,以克服传统敷料在创面积液生菌和粘结伤口的问题。方法用聚乙二醇 (PEG)代替普通聚醚合成了一种亲水性PU预聚体 ,用于制备双层外科敷料 ,其内层为吸水性PU泡沫 ,外层为透湿性PU弹性体薄膜。结果这种聚氨酯与普通聚氨酯相比 ,材料的亲水性增强 ,泡沫的保液量大幅度提高。同时研究了配方中异氰酸酯与羟基的摩尔比 (NCO OH)、PEG用量和分子量及交联剂用量对PU表面亲水性的影响 ,得到了制备亲水性PU材料适宜的工艺配方 :PEG 1 0 0 0 ( 60wt% ) ,TDI( 37wt% ) ,甘油 ( 3wt% )。通过对PU材料的临界表面张力的测定 ,预示这种亲水性聚氨酯具有良好的生物相容性。结论这种材料能够满足敷料的吸液保湿等综合性能的要求 。Objective For solving the problem of accumulation of liquid and breeding of bacteria in the wound and adherence of dressings to wound, a new hydrophilic polyurethane(PU) was developed, and tested as a wound dressing. Method Polyethylene glycol(PEG) was used to prepare the hydrophilic PU performed polymer instead of general polyethers. The PU performed polymer was used to prepare the tow layer dressing.The inner layer was made of PU soft foam possessing absorbability for moisture and the outer layer was a PU membrane possessing permeability. Result Comparing the PU with general PU, the hydrophilic property was enhanced so that it resulted in considerably increased capability of preserving water by the PU foam. The effects of the mol rate of NCO/OH, the dosage and molecular weight of PEG and the dosage of cross agents on the surface tension of the PU were studied, and the optimum processing formula was found to be PEG 1000(60%),TDI(37%) and glycerol(3%). In addition, the critical surface tension of PU material showed that the PU developed has good biocompatibility. Conclusion The hydrophilic PU developed could meet general requirements for wound dressing including absorbability and capability of preserving water. It was a new surgical dressing material with good application prospect.
