风湿灵的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的观察风湿灵的抗炎作用。方法用交叉菜胶、Freunds完全佐剂、二甲苯和变态反应制备炎症动物模型。结果风湿灵剂量依赖性地降低角叉菜胶 ,Freunds完全佐剂、二甲苯及迟发性变态反应所致大鼠足跖和小鼠耳廓肿胀 ,并降低绵羊红细胞致敏小鼠半数溶血值及脾和胸腺重量。结论风湿灵具有抗炎和抗免疫作用。ObjectiveTo observe the anti inflammation effects of Fenshiling.MethodsCarrageenin, Freund's complete adjuvant, dimethyl benzene and allergic reaction were used to induce inflammation.ResultsFengshiling reduced paw edema and auricle edema induced by carrageenin, Freund's complete adjuvant, dimethyl bezene and delayed allergy in a dose dependent manner in rats and mice.Fengshiling also decreased HC 50 ,spleen weight and thymus weight sensitized with SRBC.ConclusionFengshiling has effects of anti inflammation and anti immunity.
