医学生多项人格特质(MMPI)的13年资料分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨医学生人格发展倾向及与心理社会因素的关系。方法 :采用《明尼苏达多相个性测查表》 ,连续 13年对 2 5 2 6名医学新生进行了人格测试和趋势分析。结果 :群体心理特征的变化有累积效应。Hs、Hy、L及Pt分均是男生显著高于女生 ,Mf分显著降低。L、K、Pt、Sc量表总体上高于全国大学常模 ,男生尤其显著 ;Hy、D和Hs分呈现逐年上升趋势 ;Pd、Pt、Ma、Sc呈现“V”型曲线变化 ,Sc最高点在 87-89年段 ,Pt和Sc分在95 -99年段增高极显著。结论 :医学新生人格特征的年代变化特征显著。Objective: To study the change of personality of medical freshmen during the rapid developing period of China Method: The MMPI results of medical freshmen in this 13 years were analysis Results: L, K, Pt and Sc scores were higher in medical freshmen than national norm, especially for boys There were some features remained stable, such as higher scores of Hs, Hy, L and Pt in boys than girls, Hy, D and Hs scores increased with time, Pd, Pt, Ma and Sc score showed a 'v' shaped change The highest point of Sc was in 1987 to 1989 There were dramatic increased of Pt and Sc scores during 1995 to 1999 Conclusion: Personality of medical freshmen change with year
