摘 要:目的 :研究沈阳地区 32例儿童血铅和骨铅的水平及影响因素。方法 :精称骨样加 1ml纯HNO3 ,2ml30 %的H2 O2 ,于 12 0℃消化 2h ,与血样一起用原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉法检测。结果 :儿童血铅和骨铅水平分别为 (10 .5 9± 2 .74 ) μg/dl和 (3.73± 0 .98) μg/g。 结论 :儿童体内铅水平在性别上无显著差异 ,城市污染区儿童与农村污染区儿童铅水平差异无显著性 。Objective: Our aims were to detect levels of blood lead and bone lead in 32 children in Shenyang district and to analyse the factors that affect the levels. Methods: The bone samples were weighted accurately,digested in pure HNO 3 (1ml) and H 2O 2 (30%,2ml) at 120℃ for 2 h. Then the samples were examined along with blood samples by using atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The levels of blood lead and bone lead in children were(10.59± 2.74)μg/dl blood and (3.73±0.98)μg/g bone weight. Conclusion: The lead levels of children were not different between sexes significantly. The lead levels of children in polluted areas of the city were not significant different campared with those in countryside. The levels have a tendency to increase with ages.
