摘　　要：在自制的隔离器内观察温度、昼夜明暗时间和相对湿度的变化对 BALB/c裸小鼠繁育的影响 ,经过 1 4个月的实验观察得出如下结论 :在隔离器内 ,温度为 2 5～ 2 7℃、昼夜明暗交替时间为 1 0∶ 1 4 h、相对湿度为 40 %～ 45%时 ,BALB/c裸小鼠的妊娠率为 95%、仔鼠离乳率其中纯合子 (nu/nu)为 98% ,杂合子 (nu/+)为 1 0 0 %、成年鼠死亡率为 0、出生仔鼠中纯合子与杂合子比率分别为 56%和 44% ;在实验变化范围内 ,温度、昼夜明暗交替时间和相对湿度的变化对成年鼠(雄性纯合子、雌性杂合子 )It was observed that influence of changing temperature,light and shade hour ratio and relative humidity on breeding of BALB/c nu in homemade isolator. The results are as follows:When the temperature,the light and shade hour ratio and the relative humidity respectively were 25~27℃,10∶14h and 40%~45% in the isolator,the gestation rate of BALB/c nu mice was 95%,the weaning rate of young mice 98% in BALB/c nu/nu mice and 100% in BALB/c nu/+ mice ,the death rate for adult mice was 0, and the ratios of BALB/c nu/nu and BALB/c nu/+ were 56%,44% in the young mice .There was no effect of changing temperature,light and shade hour ratio and relative humidity on the death rate and ratio of BALB/c nu/nu and BALB/c nu/+ within experiment range.
