清肝利湿汤对兔胆囊炎胆石症模型肿瘤坏死因子的影响

摘　　要：观察清肝利湿汤对兔胆囊炎胆石症模型血清及胆囊局部肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)含量的影响。将 40只家兔随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、龙胆泻肝汤及清肝利湿汤组。除空白对照组外 ,其余 3组均手术造模 ,分别插胃管灌药和蒸馏水 ,每日 1次 ,连续 7d后 ,测血清和胆囊TNF -α ,并作胆囊病检。结果示清肝利湿汤组血清及胆囊局部TNF -α均显著低于模型组 (均P <0 0 1) ,且降低局部TNF -α的作用优于龙胆泻肝汤 (P <0 0 5 ) ;清肝利湿汤组、龙胆泻肝汤组及模型组胆囊病理损害程度有明显轻、中、重差别。说明清肝利湿汤具有良好的抗炎作用 ,且疗效优于龙胆泻肝汤 ;血清与胆囊局部TNF -α的变化基本一致。We made the rabbit models with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis to stuy the effect of QGLS decoction on TNF α in serum and gallbladder tissue 40 rabbits were divided randomly into four groups:the normal control group,the model group and two groups treated with QGLS decoction and Long Dan Xie Gan(LDXG)decoction respectively Except the normal group,the others were operated The groups treated with LDXG or QGLS decoction were given the drugs through gastric tube once a day,and the normal controls and the model group were given distilled water After 7 days,we got the blood samples and killed the rabbits to examine the gallbladders pathologically TNF-α in serum and 200mg gallbladder tissue were examined The results showed that the contents of TNF-α in serum and gallbladder of QGLS group were significantly lower than those of the model group( P <0 01),and the contents of TNF α of gall bladder tissue in QGLS group were significantly lower than those in LDXG group( P <0 05) The pathological injuries of gallbladder in QGLS group were the mildest The results suggest that QGLS decoction has better anti inflammatory effects than LDXG Decoction, and the change of TNF α in serum is similar to that in gallbladder tissue
