柏椿颗粒的抗炎、止血作用的实验研究

摘　　要：探讨柏椿颗粒的抗炎、止血作用。琼脂皮下注射法制作大鼠肉芽肿模型 ,用不同剂量的柏椿颗粒分别给大鼠灌胃给药 ,用妇乐冲剂作对照 ,观察以上两种药物对肉芽肿的影响 ,并进行病理切片 ;用不同剂量的两种药物分别给大鼠和小鼠灌胃给药 ,检测其出血时间 (BT)、凝血时间 (CT)、凝血酶原时间 (PT)和白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)。结果 :柏椿颗粒能抑制子宫炎症及肉芽肿的肿块 ,减少浆细胞的浸润 ;能缩短BT、CT、PT和KPTT。提示 :柏椿颗粒具有抗炎、止血作用 ,且优于妇乐冲剂。To explore the anti inflammatory and hemostasis effects of Baichun granule Methods:The granuloma models of female wistar rats were made by way of subcutaneous injection of agar We administered various doses of Baichun granule to the rats by gastric perfusion and chose Fuluo granule as control medication We observed their effects on the granuloma and made pathological section At the same time,by way of administering various dosages of these two medications to the rats and mice,we detected their bleeding time (BT),clotting time (CT),prothrombase time (PT) and kaolin partia thromboplasmtin time (KPTT) Results:Baichun granule inhibited uterine inflammation and granuloma,decreased plasmocytes invasion,and shortened BT?CT?PT and KPTT Conclusion:Baichun granule has anti inflammatory and hemostasis effects,and the effects are better than those of Fuluo granule
