松解针治疗家兔膝关节退行性变的实验研究

摘  要:探索松解针治疗慢性软组织损伤的实验研究。采用家兔膝关节制动 6周所形成的退行性变模型 ,通过松解针松解膝关节周围组织的治疗 ,观察治疗组与模型组膝关节活动度及局部组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及丙二醛 (MDA)的含量。治疗组膝关节被动活动度、超氧化物歧化酶值明显高于模型组 ,差异均有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :松解针除有机械性的松解局部组织间粘连外 ,同时可提高SOD的活性。To explore the needle loosening therapy for chronic soft tissue injuries.Method:We made rabbit models with degeneration of the knee joints by immobilizing the rabbit's knee joints for six weeks.We loosened the periarticular tissues of the knees of the rabbits with loosening needles and observed their knee joints'mobility and determined the superoxide (SOD) and MDA contents of peripheral tissue homogenate around the knees in both the treatment group and the model group.Results:The rabbit's knee joints'mobility and the superoxide contents (SOD) of peripheral tissue homogenate around the knee joints in the treatment group were much higher than those of the model group without treatment.The differences were significant ( P <0 05).Conclusion:Loosening needle therapy can loosen adhesion of tissues mechanically,and alao improve the activity of SOD.
