摘 要:目的调查本地区阴沟肠杆菌对头孢吡肟的耐药情况。方法使用 5种底物的“双纸片协同试验”对 47株阴沟肠杆菌进行超广谱β-内酰胺酶 (ESBL s)检测。体外药敏试验采用 K- B法。实验数据处理使用 WHONET- 5软件。结果 2 9株非 ESBL s产酶细菌对头孢吡肟的耐药率为 0 % ;由于 ESBL s的作用 ,本组产 ESBL s阴沟肠杆菌样本头孢吡肟的耐药率为 38.9%。结论 ESBL s是造成阴沟肠杆菌对头孢吡肟耐药的主要原因 。Objective To investigate the resistance status of the clinical isolates of E. cloacae to cefepime. Method To detect ESBLs, 47 strains of E. cloacae were determined by the Double disk Synergy Tests by using 5 kinds of substrates. Antibiotic susceptibility test were performed by Kirby Bauer disk diffusion methods. The WHONET 5 software was used to analyze test results.Results The resistant rate of 29 non ESBLs producing strains to cefepime was 0. Because of the affection of ESBLs, the resistant rate of ESBLs Producing E. cloacae was 38 9%. Conclusions ESBLs was the major influencing mechanism to the susceptibility of cefepime in the clinical isolates of E. cloacae in our area. So the application of cefepime to deal with the infection of E. cloacae should be according to the detection results of resistance mechanism.
