摘 要:建立了 3,4 二巯基甲苯衍生路易氏剂和苯胂酸 ,辅之以气相色谱 质谱和气相色谱 原子发射光谱分析的方法。从优化衍生化反应的实验条件出发 ,研究了衍生剂用量、温度、酸度等几个因素的影响。并由GC MS和GC AED获得了路易氏剂和苯胂酸线性范围和检测限。将该法应用于加标水样的分析 ,回收率均在 93 .98%~ 110 .2 6 % 。A method for the determination of Lewisite and phenylarsonic acid in water system was developed. The two components were derivatizated by toluol-3, 4-dithiol and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography-atomic emission detector (GC-AED). Some reaction factors, such as the amounts of derivatizing agent, the temperature and acidity in derivatization, were optimized. The linear range of Lewisite and phenylarsonic acid of GC-MS and GGAED and the detection limits were given. The method has been applied to spiked water and the recoveries were 93.98% similar to 110.26%.
