摘　　要：为了优化梳棉工艺、提高除杂效率、改善生条质量 ,对FA2 0 1型梳棉机进行了二因子二水平的正交对比试验 ,得出了该机型较合理的道夫速度、生条定量、锡林盖板隔距等工艺参数。实践证明采用这些优化参数后生条品质和成纱质量都有所提高。In order to optimize the process of carding, increase the efficiency of trash extraction, improve the quality of card silver, the orthogonal test with two factors and two levels are put up. The optimized parameters of doffer speed, quatity of card silver and gauge of cylinder to flats are found. Card silver quality and yarn quality are improved by practice using these optimized parameters.
