平绒织机磁性引纬技术的研究

摘　　要：详细介绍了磁性引纬系统的工作原理 ,磁性引纬平绒织机主要机构的设计、各个运动与时间配合以及所借鉴的剑杆织机引纬技术 ,并简要介绍了在磁性引纬平绒织机上开发的主要产品及效果 ,分析了磁性引纬织机的优点及缺点。The theory of operation of magnetic weft insertion system is introduced. The design of main of magnetic weft insertion velveteen loom, the cooperation of various movements with time and the technology of weft insertion borrowed from rapiere loom are explained in detail. The products and its surface quality that were developed on magnetic weft insertion velveteen looms are discussed briefly. Advantages and disadvantages of magnetic weft insertion velveteen looms are analyzed.
