摘 要:高性能轻骨料 (HPLWA)以酸性火山岩 (流纹岸和粗面岩 )为主要原料 ,加入粘土和发气成分 ,经粉碎、磨细、干燥、造粒和快速焙烧等工序制成。高强度和低吸水率是其突出特点。HPLWA的成因包括 :原材料具有形成适宜粘度需要的化学成份、高温能产生足够的膨胀气体、由超细颗粒制成高强度的生料球、快速烧成。由对HPLWA的膨胀气体的计算 ,再次验证了LWA的膨胀模式是“膨胀气体一直强烈地逸出与适宜粘度液相抑制气体逸出的动平衡过程”。High performance lightweight aggregate (HPLWA) was mainly made from acid volcanic rocks,such as rhyolite and trachite.These raw materials are mixed together with clay and foaming agent,then crashed,ground,dried,pelletized,and baked.It is characterized with high particle strength and low water absorption.Its formation mechanism includes:the chemical composition of the raw materials is such that it can form liquid state with a suitable viscosity and produce enough expansive gas under high temperature;the raw pellets, which are made from ground powder,have a high particle strength;the baking process is quite fast.The calculation of the amount of the expansive gas emitted during the baking of HPLWA verifies again that the expansion mechanism if lightweight aggregate is a dynamically balanced process of the strong emissiong of the expansive gas and the restrain of such emission by the high temperature melt with proper viscosity. 〔
