摘　　要：天津水泥工业设计研究院通过对20多条2000t／d生产线的设计与调试的经验积累，进一步整体优化和创新，用"两头促中间"的技术思路，将Φ4m×60m窑由2000t／d产量提高到2500t／d，充分挖掘了生产潜力，并在葛洲坝5号窑的设计和生产调试中取得了成功，该生产线总体装备水平达到国际90年代的先进水平。Based on the experiences accumulated from design and commissioning of 2000t／d production line over 20 cases, TCDRI has upgraded the capacity of Φ4m×60m kiln from 2000t／d to 2500t／d． With the ideology of overall optimization and innovation, this technical trial is succeed in the commissioning of No5 kiln in Gezhouba cement plant． The general installation of the line has come up to advanced world level of 1990＇s．
