新型针布的梳理工艺特性分析

摘　　要：论述了金属针布的应用和针布技术的不断发展是提高梳棉机梳理质量和产量的前提。介绍了新型锡林针布“浅、矮、尖、薄、密、小 (工作角 )”的特点 ;与之配套的道夫、盖板针布、刺辊锯条的规格参数以及使用新型针布纺纱的优良效果 .,并根据我国新型针布技术的发展情况 ,提出进一步提高针布质量的措施。The preconditions of improving carding quality of carding machine are the application of metallic clothing and the perpetual development of clothing technology.The characteristics of new type card clothing of cylinder such as shallow,short,tip,thin,dense and small (working angle),the specification parameters of doffer card clothing,flat card clothing and taker-in wire configured with it and its excellent spinning effects are introduced.According to the development situation of technology of new type card clothing of domestic,the technical measures of improving the card clothing quality are put forward.
