摘　　要：对PolybondT型浆料的粘度热稳定性、浆液粘附性、混溶性、浆膜性能以及浆纱质量进行了测试和分析 ,并对浆料组分进行了红外吸收光谱分析 ,结果证明 :PolybondT型浆料分子结构中含有羟基、羧基、酯基、酰胺基以及羧酸盐类等多种的极性基团 ,适用于纯棉、粘胶、涤棉等织物的上浆 。The heat stability of viscosity,adhesive ability of size paste,compatibility,size film propety and sizing quality of Polybond T size are tested and analyzed in this paper.Size components are analyzed using infrared absorption spectrum.The results indicated that the molecule structure of Polybond T size have hydroxy group,carboxyl group,ester group,amido group and carboxyl etc.polar radicals.Polybond T size is fit for the sizing of pure cotton fabrics,viscose fiber fabrics and polyester blended with cotton fabrics.Polybond T size can improve the adhesive ability of starch and PVA sizing agent.
