针织物纬斜影响成衣水洗扭度的控制

摘　　要：扭度指针织布缝制成衣后水洗的变形程度。扭度的形成受多种因素的影响 ,主要表现在织物纬斜的存在和定型时的入机纹路。文中从产生纬斜的几种原因探讨如何减少纬斜 ,从而控制好扭度 。Torsional degree refers to the extent of deformation of knitted fabric which have been sewn into garment and washed. The formation of torsion is effected by a number of factors, among which the skewness of the fabric and the feed in direction in heat setting are mains. Proceeding from the causes for skewness, ways for reducing this defect and consequently making a good control of torsional deformation are discussed. It is considered that the washing torsion can be well controlled by feeding the fabric inclinedly in heat setting.
