摘　　要：文章论述了林纸结合的重要性,介绍了国内一些地区发展人工林,实现林纸一体化的做法;提出了依靠科技进步,加强科学育林,因地制宜选择育林材种;提出制浆厂经济规模和采用国际先进制浆技术的建议。文章认为,振兴中国林业、纸业必须由政府、企业与金融机构密切协作,在商品林建设中引入民营机制,国家开发银行重点支持丰产林项目建设。The article discusses the importance of the integration of forestry and paper industry, introduces the practice of several regions indeveloping man-made forests so as to realize the integration of forestry and paper industry. It suggests that we should rely on the science andtechnology progress, strengthen scientific breeding, select breeding species in accordance with the local conditions; it also suggests theeconomy scale for pulping mills and that we should adopt the internationally advance pulping technologies. The author believe that in orderto revive Chinas paper industry, the government, enterprises and financial institutions must cooperate with each other and the nongovern-mental system must be introduced in the construction of commercial forests and National Development Bank should lay its preference onsupporting the construction of high yield forests.
