银屑病患者生活质量调查与分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨影响银屑病患者生活质量的生物、心理、社会因素。方法　以问卷的形式 ,调查 2 1 8例患者的生活质量指标 ,每项指标分四个档次 ,即无 /否、一般、中等、很 /非常 ,分别赋值 1、2、3、4 ,得出生活质量分值。分值越高 ,生活质量越低 ;分值越低 ,生活质量越高。并记录患者的一般状况。结果　 2 1 8例银屑病患者平均 ( 3 9± 1 3 )岁 ,平均生活质量分值 ( 1 2 3 .0 2±3 1 .61 )。生物因素平均生活质量分值为 ( 46.1 9± 2 0 .68) ;心理因素平均生活质量分值为 ( 44 .62± 1 3 .0 3 ) ,社会因素平均生活质量分值为 ( 3 2 .2 1± 8.1 1 )。结论　生物、心理、社会因素对银屑病患者的生活质量有重要影响 ,其中生物因素最为严重 ,其次为心理因素和社会因素。因此 ,对银屑病的治疗 ,应以生物因素为主 ,同时也应从解除患者的心理压力并加强银屑病知识的宣传 ,减轻社会对银屑病患者的压力等方面综合考虑 ,提高他们的生活质量。Objective To study the physiologic,psychological and social effects on the psoriasis Quality of Life(QOL).Methods 218 patients with psoriasis answered a questionaire,which includes 60 items.Factor analyses grouped the items into four subscales(no effect,general effect.moderate effect,the most effect).The accordingly score is 1,2,3,4.The higher the QOL Scores(QOLS) the lower the QOL,the lower the QOLS the higher the QOL.We also wrote down the patients' general conditions.Results The 218 patients' mean age is 39±13,their mean QOLS is (123.02±31.61), the mean QOLS of phsiologic factor is (46.19±20.68), Psychological factor is (44.62±13.03), Social factor is (32.21±8.11).Conclusion The physiologic,psychological and social factors severely effect the psoriasis QOL. first is physiologic factor,then psychological factor and social factor.The treatment of psoriasis should first concern on physiology,then psychology and society,so can we relieve the patients from their psychological and social stress and improve their QOL.
