摘  要:目的 :探讨黄芪注射液对慢性重症疾病所致免疫功能低下患者的防治作用。方法 :选择 42例慢性重症疾病患者 (慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺结核、多发性骨髓瘤、2型糖尿病及慢性肾炎等 ) ,病情相对稳定期 ,检测其应用黄芪注射液 (4 0 ml)前后 T淋巴细胞亚群 (间接免疫荧光法 )、可溶性白介素 2受体 (双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法 )和免疫球蛋白 (单向琼脂扩散法 )水平。结果 :治疗后 1周 ,3项指标虽未达正常对照组水平 ,但与服药前相比有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :黄芪注射液对免疫功能低下患者细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有增强和调节作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of astragalus membranaceus injection(黄芪注射液) on the immune functions at a low in patients with chronic severe disease.Methods:Fourtytwo patients with chronic disease(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary tuberculosis,multiple myeloma,diabetes mellitus type two,chronic glomerulonephritis,etc) were selected in the study.Before injected vein administration of astragalus membranaceus injection,and after treatment,some parameters reflecting immune function were measured,including Tlymphocytes subpopulation (indirect immune of fluorescence),soluble interleukin2 receptor (a sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay),and immunoglobulin (single agar diffusion). Results: After one week thearpy by astragalus membranaceus injection,the levels of Tlymphocytes subpopulation,soluble interleukin2 receptor and immunoglobulin in three groups showed obvious improvements although they didn′t return to normal range,but a lot of parameters were significantly different from before treatment values( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusions:Astragalus membranaceus injection can improve the function of both cellmediated immunity and humoral immunity in chronic disease patients.
