理气活血止痛法与痛经大鼠β-内啡肽的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨理气活血止痛法与痛经大鼠血浆中 β 内啡肽 (β EP)作用机制的相关性。方法 :以催产素所致的大鼠子宫剧烈收缩的痛经模型 ,观察大鼠血浆 β EP的含量、子宫剧烈收缩、扭体次数及扭体发生率及以理气活血止痛法选用的九气拈痛胶囊的治疗作用。结果 :九气拈痛胶囊能明显抑制催产素诱发大鼠扭体反应次数 (P<0 .0 1) ;大鼠血浆β EP的含量与模型组比较明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ;对痛经大鼠有明显的镇痛作用。结论 :理气活血止痛法对催产素所致痛经大鼠扭体反应有镇痛作用 ,其机制与血浆β EP的作用有关。Objective:To study the correlativity both how regulating Qi and activating blood analgesia(理气活血止痛法) to βendorphin(βEP) in blood plasma of dysmenorrhea on rats.Methods:With models of rats by means of oxytocin causing rat′s myometrium to shrink severely,the content of βEP,shrinking of myometrium,wring times and the incidence of contortion of rats were observed,the clinical effects of Jiuqiniantong capsule(九气拈痛胶囊) by the method of analgesia in regulating Qi(气) and activating blood were also observed.Results:The results show that Jiuqiniantong capsule could obviously restraint wring times of oxytocin incentive on rats ( P <0 01) and obviously increase the content of βEP in blood plasma of experimental rats,contrasting with groups of models ( P <0 01).So the research proved that Jiuqiniantong capsule had obvious effect to ease pain on the rats of dysmenorrhea and increase the content of βEP.Conclusions:The method of regulating Qi and activating blood has close correlativity to the mechanism of easing pain caused by oxytocin and increasing βEP in blood plasma on rats.
