摘　　要：目的:评估慢肝汤对慢乙肝轻度、中度和肝炎后肝硬化稳定期的临床疗效。方法:选择84例慢乙肝轻度,33例慢乙肝中度和12例肝炎后肝硬化稳定期患者口服慢肝汤,回顾性统计分析和比较检查结果(症状、体征和血清ALT、AST、SB、HBsAg、HbeAg及抗-HBc等)。结果:慢性轻度总有效率为85.7％,慢性中度和肝硬化稳定期总有效率均为66.7％。结论:慢肝汤为一种治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的安全、有效的治疗方剂。Objective: To asses the effect about the decoction of chronic hepatitis on patients with lower degreed chronic hepatitis B,middle degreed chronic hepatitis b,posthepatic dirrhosis (stable stage). Mehtods:The results of treatment (Symptoms, signs, and serum ALT, SB, HBsAg, HBe Ag and Anti - HBc)wheretrospectively analyzed and compared of 84patients with lower degreed chronic hepatitis B 33 middle degreed chronic hepatitis B, 12posthepatic cirrhosis (stable stage) Result:Remarkable clinical improvement were achieved in patients treated with the decoction of chronic hepatitis,the crude rates were 85.7% ,66.7% ,66.7% in patients with lower degreed middle degreed chronic hepatitis, and posthepatic cirrhosis (stable stage) , Conchusion: The decoction of chronic hepatitis therapy is safe and effective treatment for patients of chronic hepatitis B.
