摘　　要：目的　了解右心室心内膜起搏室房传导 (VAC)发生率及主要电生理特征。方法　在安装临时心脏起搏器及VVI、ICD心脏起搏器术中的病人作心脏及体表心电图 ,发现VAC时 ,记录走纸速度为2 5mm/s,5 0mm/s心电图。结果　 48例右心室心内膜起搏发现VAC12例 ,VAC发生率为 2 5 %。结论　起搏器综合征与VAC有直接关系 。Objective To investigate ventriculoatrial conduction(VAC) in endocardial pacemakers of the right ventricle take place rate of mainly electrophysiologic characteristics.Methods Among patients implanted temporal pacemakers and VVI?ICD Pacemakers made heart cavity and grace electrocardiogram(ECG),When find out ventriculoatrial conduction(VAC),recorded electrocardiogram(ECG).it is speed on 25mm/s?50mm/s.Results Ventriculoatrial conduction(VAC) occurs in 12 in48 cases with endocardial pacemakers of the right ventricle.ventriculoatrial conduction(VAC) rate was 25.per cent.Conclusion It had directly relation between ventriculoatrial conduction(VAC) and pacemakers syndrome.Study ventriculoatrial conduction(VAC) had centainaly clinic sense to guide choiced pacemakers or preventions pacemaker syndrome.
